About Me
My Story
I'm an immigrant who was lucky enough to go to Tufts University. For over 15 years, I have been grinding away trying to find stability and upward growth in the American business jungle. What have I learned over the last decade? That the American dream isn't easy. đ But thatâs not all. After grueling late nights, too many weekends at the office, and countless books and courses, I found myself on a path not of grinding but of thriving.I benefited tremendously from those who shared their know-how, and now, I would like to start putting knowledge back into the ecosystem that helped me.
Track Record
I am a versatile problem-solver with a decade of success in leadership roles within startup and consulting environments.Currently, I'm helping Aerolase, a medical and aesthetic laser company, scale up. We've gone from an early-commercial stage to a multi-year Inc. 5000 winner. Additionally, I an external Advisor to Brock Capital Group and serve on the Advisory Committee for the Customer Experience Program at Mercy University.Previously, I led and grew a consulting firm that served clients such as a global top 10 pharmaceutical company, the U.S. Department of State, Harvard University, and a number of middle-market expert firms.I have also been an advisor and executive-in-residence at a privately held $100 million technology development fund.Additionally, I am the author of two jet engine design đđ patents improving engine efficiency and thrust.
Fun and Hobbies
My hobbies are things that help me feel more alive and get me out of my routine. I'm learning to have levity in my work, and my hobbies allow me to get better at that.Whether alone or with friends, I like to:
Enjoy French, Asian, Peruvian, or fusion cuisine
Get my adrenaline pumping on skis or a skateboard
Blow off stress at a comedy club
Ruck
Play video games
Read non-fiction

What People Are Saying
A Relationship That Works
Devyn Curley
I am incredibly grateful for the advice and support Art gave to me when I came to him unsure about how to move forward with a major project. The guidance he gave me should be considered the gold standard for any mentor or advisor and can be broken down into three categories: orientation to the field, immediate action steps, and illumination of multiple paths forward. Sometimes good advice just covers one of those areas, and Art helped me with all three...Art worked with me so that I could understand the trade-offs and benefits of the paths in front of me, and he provided resources that gave me the agency to move forward toward my goals effectively and with confidence.
